Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enthusiast, User Group Chapter Leader, and Microsoft Business Applications MVP I have been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2010. I enjoy learning new ways to customize the system, especially if it can be done without writing code. I have worked in multiple industries on complex systems with a variety of integrations. As part of the CRM User Group, I lead the Washington, DC Chapter. I also enjoy presenting virtually and in-person for CRMUG events.
