The Practical Realities of the Augmented Customer

With the proliferation of devices today, they have become an extension of people in many ways. Whether it's our phones, voice-activated devices, or mixed/augmented reality (AR), customers are naturally leveraging these as they create an experience.

More than than, businesses are having to transform the way they utilize AR as tool internally and externally. AR opens doors for people to collaborate in new ways that are still being explored.

In this episode, I'll dive into the augmented customer and different ways to think about leveraging augmented reality.
